I support individuals and families in finding their way through the conversations our culture teaches us to avoid. I offer facilitation services that create space for the tender and essential discussions around end-of-life—because these conversations have the power to heal rather than divide.

The most transformative conversations often happen in the spaces between—between life and death, conflict and connection, fear and love. In my practice, I combine my training as a death doula—someone who supports those at the end of life and their loved ones through the emotional, logistical, and spiritual aspects of death—with my training as a mediator and conflict facilitator. This unique combination allows me to help people navigate the complex relational challenges that arise around end-of-life.

I know from personal experience that illness and death can fracture familial bonds, and that it can be incredibly difficult to reconnect after encountering multiple layers of loss we struggle to articulate. Our culture doesn’t make this easy—we’re taught to avoid these conversations entirely. I create space where exploring these depths and finding our shared humanity within them feels natural again.

I’m a certified death doula with Going with Grace, and a facilitator with Peaceful Solutions, where I trained in mediation. If you resonate with my offerings and would like to book a free 30-minute consultation, click here.
