Between Conflict & Connection: online

7 October 2026

18 October 2026

A free 90-minute online workshop exploring why conflict happens at end of life and how dialogue can build bridges rather than divide us.

It can be incredibly difficult to reconnect with loved ones after encountering loss, and our culture doesn't make this easy. We're taught to avoid conversations about death and grief entirely, even though they're among the most foundational human experiences. Expanding our capacity to hold conflict while still seeing each other's humanity helps us navigate loss and stay connected to those we love.

The workshop includes: teaching on end of life conflict dynamics, a guided conversation where we practice speaking what's usually unspoken, and practical skills for navigating tender conversations with your own loved ones.

Have You Told Them?

29 October 2026

1:30PM - 3PM

Bethnal Green Library E2 0HL

A practical session on talking to your family about organ donation.

Registering as an organ donor takes two minutes. Having the conversation with your family - so that if the moment ever comes, they know what you wanted and can say yes with confidence - takes a little longer. But most of us never quite get around to it.

In this small, facilitated session led by Rachel, a conflict facilitator and end-of-life doula, and Tanya, an end-of-life-doula, you'll have the chance to think through your own wishes, find the words, and practise the kind of conversation that most families never have. You'll leave feeling less daunted and more prepared - whether you want to talk to a partner, a parent, or a grown-up child.

Open to all, free to attend, and part of Let's Discuss Death in Tower Hamlets - a community programme exploring death and grief.

Reserve a spot here.

The Sondering: a festival for mortals

19 - 21 September 2026

I am absolutely delighted to play a facilitation and creative role at The Sondering: a life-affirming festival celebrating all things mortality, art, nature, and community for three nights in the Lake District this September, 19 - 21. The festival circles around the question: can exploring death creatively, consciously and communally help bring us closer to life and each other?

There will be workshops, performances, shared meals, experimentation, play, and lots of laughter.
